Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AV Enterprises, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our housekeeping services, housekeeping materials, maintenance work, pest control, and CCTV camera installation. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Bookings:

    • Before Service Commencement: You may cancel your booking for any service before the scheduled service time without incurring any cancellation fees.
    • After Service Commencement: If you wish to cancel the service after it has commenced, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and the materials used at the time of cancellation.
  • Recurring Services:

    • For services booked on a recurring basis cancellations before the next scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a charge for that service period.

2. Refund Policy

  • Service Fees:

    • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund within 3 days of service completion. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the service, the reason for dissatisfaction, and the amount of work completed.
    • In cases where a refund is granted, it may be a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
  • Material Purchases:

    • If you have purchased housekeeping materials or equipment through AV Enterprises and wish to return them, the items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within14days of purchase. Refunds will be processed once the items are received and inspected.
    • Custom or special order items may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.

3. Process for Refunds and Cancellations

  • Request Submission:

  • Review and Approval:

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.
  • Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services rendered in full and to the customer's satisfaction are not eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations made outside the specified time frames may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any costs incurred for materials, equipment, or special services that have already been delivered or ordered are non-refundable.

5. Changes to This Policy

AV Enterprises reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will apply to all services and purchases made after the effective date of the change.
